Alongside the British Museum in London and the Louvre Museum in Paris, the Berlin State Museums are known as some of the largest and best museums in Europe, and they boast one of the world\u2019s leading Egyptian collections.<br \/>\nThis exhibition will feature about 130 masterpieces from the Berlin Egyptian collection, presented under the theme \u201cThe Creation of the World.\u201d Presented in three sections\u2014\u201cThe Creation of the World and the Deities\u201d, \u201cPharaoh and the Divine Order (Maat)\u201d and \u201cEternal Life After Death\u201d, the unknown world of ancient Egyptian mythology will come to life through precious excavated artifacts.<br \/>\nMore than 100 items including The Book of the Dead of Ta-remetsch-en-Bastet, over 4 meters in length, and the beautifully decorated carved wooden sarcophagus (outer casket) of Tare-kap, will be exhibited for the first time in Japan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":12117,"parent":0,"template":"","exhibition_cat":[],"class_list":["post-12121","exhibition","type-exhibition","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","en-US"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/kyotocity-kyocera.museum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/exhibition\/12121","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/kyotocity-kyocera.museum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/exhibition"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/kyotocity-kyocera.museum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/exhibition"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/kyotocity-kyocera.museum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/exhibition\/12121\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kyotocity-kyocera.museum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/12117"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/kyotocity-kyocera.museum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=12121"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"exhibition_cat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kyotocity-kyocera.museum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/exhibition_cat?post=12121"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
